Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled, expert-level Full Stack Engineer with extensive experience across our entire tech stack. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our backend and frontend applications, contributing to database architecture, and integrating cloud services – all while working in close collaboration with the founding team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in high-performance software development in a startup environment and is passionate about building scalable, reliable, and innovative systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

• Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions for our venue management system.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented code across backend, frontend, and mobile platforms.

Backend Engineering:

• Build robust web APIs using C# .NET Core paired with Entity Framework.
• Work with SQL Server databases, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and security.

Frontend Engineering:

• Develop modern, responsive applications using the Ionic Angular framework with Capacitor to support Progressive Web App (PWA) functionality alongside iOS and Android mobile applications.
• Utilize TailwindCSS for clean, consistent styling and rapid UI development.
• Integrate embeddable widgets using Handlebars, Express.js, Webpack, and vanilla JavaScript.

Cloud & DevOps Integration:

• Configure and manage Microsoft Azure services including App Services, SQL Server, SQL DB, NAT Gateway, and Virtual Networks.
• Employ best practices for cloud architecture to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Contribute innovative ideas and proactive solutions to continuously improve and grow our platform.
• Operate within a fast-paced, startup environment while maintaining high standards of quality and rapid iteration.

Required Skills and Experience:

Technical Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in C# .NET Core and Entity Framework.
• Extensive experience with SQL Server databases.
• Proven development skills using Angular (Ionic framework) and Capacitor for building cross-platform applications.
• Hands-on experience with TailwindCSS for styling modern web interfaces.
• Solid background in JavaScript and related technologies (Express.js, Handlebars, and/or Webpack experience is a bonus).
• Demonstrable experience in deploying and managing cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Engineering Approach:

• Expert in developing RESTful APIs with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and secure coding practices.
• Adept in integrating various services, maintaining data pipelines, and handling cloud deployments.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Familiarity with modern data collection and analysis methods as utilized in contemporary platforms.
• Experience managing distributed teams and balancing remote and in-person work dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to evolve a technical platform and scale teams as part of a funding-backed venture.
• Bonus points if you have experience building LLM driven AI systems

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
