What is the job?
The company provides inventory solutions and career services for retail, grocery, and other customers across North America.
- As an Inventory Specialist, you will be part of a traveling team that scans barcodes in large retail stores to help our customers maintain accurate inventory.
- No previous inventory experience is required — we provide full training.
- This is a great fit for reliable team members who enjoy hands-on work and occasional overnight schedules.
What you’ll do
- Scan barcodes using handheld equipment
- Work in a team at major retail locations
- Travel by car to assigned stores
- Occasionally stay overnight for out-of-town inventories
- Maintain accuracy and productivity standards
Requirements
- No previous inventory experience required
- Retail or inventory experience is a plus
- Must be reliable and comfortable with overnight stays
- Must be able to travel to meet sites
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Working Conditions
- This role requires frequent standing, walking, and repetitive hand motions.
- Team members regularly work in low positions (kneeling, squatting, crouching) and travel by car, including occasional overnight stays.
