As a Sales Team Member, you directly contribute to bringing Verizon’s award-winning services to more homes. You’ll master the skill of translating incredible speed into tangible benefits for families. Our environment fosters collaboration and continuous learning, helping you excel in sales. We’re committed to providing the roadmap that turns the Sales Team Member’s frontline sales expertise into executive-level insight.

Core Functions of the Sales Team Member

  • Initiate personalized home consultations across Pittsburgh, positioning Verizon FiOS fiber internet as the premier connectivity solution.
  • Guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring seamless installation of Wi-Fi 7 routers and 100% Fiber technology.
  • Showcase face‑to‑face the superiority of FTTP architecture, emphasizing its role in powering ultra‑HD streaming and competitive gaming.
  • Conduct in‑home digital wellness reviews, recommending the most suitable FiOS speed tiers, YouTube TV bundles, and premium perks that match each family’s digital lifestyle.
  • Capture and manage customer interactions directly during consultations, maintaining sales records with 100% sales accuracy and accountability.
  • Contribute to collaborative workshops with fellow Sales Team Members to stay ahead of 2026 telecom innovations and sales best practices.

Qualifications for the Sales Team Member

  • High school diploma or GED required; Business, Communications, or Marketing degrees preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in sales industries requiring enthusiasm, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate the technical superiority of FiOS fiber internet in simple, relatable terms during household consultations.
  • Proven capacity to manage residential portfolios directly with customers, ensuring accountability and consistent sales performance.
  • Adjusts communication style to accelerate household sales decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $64,059.00 per year
