ABOUT THE POSITION:

Provide routine IT maintenance and support for the agency’s network servers, computers and other IT infrastructure. Administer the agency-wide client information system. This position is hired by and reports to the management team member responsible for information technologies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support and Maintain Agency’s Network and IT Infrastructure
  • Develop, Maintain and Enforce IT Security Policies
  • Maintain IFD’s Client Information System
  • Provide Technical Support to Agency Employees

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum or three (3) years of experience managing IT systems.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain client confidentiality.
  • Experience using backup software systems, preferably Veeam.
  • Experience managing firewalls and firewall protocols.
  • Experience implementing and managing system security measures.
  • Expertise in computer hardware and troubleshooting.
  • Experience upgrading MS operating systems.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize, juggle multiple responsibilities, and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in data sets.
  • Ability to work with diverse individuals and individuals with varying technical skill levels.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize information and tasks.
  • Familiarity with and ability to troubleshoot problems regarding office equipment (e.g., copy machines, printers, phone systems, fax, postage meters).
  • Must have solid experience with Microsoft products and be comfortable learning new software.
  • Experience managing data systems. Salesforce administrator experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED, Associate’s, BA, or BS degree in IT or Computer Science, IT Certification. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation: :
$ 67,279 - 80,285 / Annually
