Job description

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations within the company. You will work closely with the IT team to resolve technical problems and improve overall system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network-related issues.
  • Assist with IT asset management and inventory tracking.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and improvements.
  • Ensure cybersecurity best practices and company IT policies are followed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
