Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Barista or Short order cook to join our team! As as a team member you will play a key role in our energetic team of bubble tea aficionados who contribute to the vibrant culture of our cafe.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including various types of bubble tea and coffee.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and customize orders according to customer preferences.
• Ensure your work area is clean and well-organized at all times.
• Process payments using the point of sale system.
• Engage with customers to ensure a memorable experience.
• Assist with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Participate in training and strive to increase product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Enjoys a fast pace working environment and customer service.
• Previous experience as a barista preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Short Order Cook
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and food safety standards. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall dining experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to designated recipes
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a food service or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of basic math skills for recipe measurements and portion control
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is preferred
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in food handling techniques and knowledge of proper sanitation practices
- Knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus
- Understanding of retail math for pricing calculations
