Our client is seeking an experienced Identity Manager to lead and evolve its identity and access management (IAM) ecosystem. This role is responsible for the administration, integration, and security of key authentication systems, focusing on modern, scalable identity solutions. This is an onsite position based in Fairfield County, CT.

Identity Manager’s Responsibilities and Duties:

• Administer and optimize Okta and Duo platforms, including workflow automation and policy configuration.
• Integrate IAM systems with AD, Azure, AWS, and enterprise applications.
• Manage user lifecycle processes: onboarding, transitions, and offboarding.
• Design and implement IAM policies aligned with zero-trust principles and security best practices.

Identity Manager’s Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Okta, Duo, and Active Directory.
• Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, identity governance, and protocols such as OAuth and SAML.
• Proficient in troubleshooting complex IAM issues and analyzing security logs.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or Associate’s with equivalent experience).
