Job Title: ServiceNow Admin Developer

Location: Cincinnati OH, Onsite

ServiceNow Developer/Administrator you will work in a fast-paced Agile environment supporting the ServiceNow Platform.

• You will administer and support multiple FedRamp ServiceNow instances to meet the unique business needs of our users and stakeholders.

• You will work with cross functional teams including architects, business analysts, developers, product owners and other stakeholders to understand, and provide solutions across different applications on the ServiceNow Platform.

• You will perform production support including incident resolution and troubleshooting.

What you will do

• Configures and develops on the ServiceNow platform including routine changes or configuration and adjustments as requested

• Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain the ServiceNow platform

• Perform daily, weekly, monthly system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of ServiceNow applications

• Collaborate with Platform and Delivery teams to perform ServiceNow upgrades and patching.

• Coordinate system updates across different instances, ensure latest patches, and configuration changes

• Assist with report configuration, dashboards, and maintenance and performs operational administrative tasks, as needed

• Actively collaborates with other teammates to perform code reviews, discuss new developments and projects, and shadow other junior admins/developers as needed

• Support the administration for Production and non-prod instances

• Collaborate with the Production Support and ServiceNow Operation teams to monitor support cases

• Document administrative processes and issues resolution

• Working with business line stakeholders to develop clear requirements.

• Participate in the daily scrum meeting and other related Agile ceremonies

• Responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform for any reported problems across all instances.

What you will bring

• 3+ Years' experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration

• 3+ years of experience with Application Experience: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, ITOM/CMDB

• Current ServiceNow System Administrator certification required

• Strong experience in system administration and JavaScript

• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

• Experience diagnosing performance related issues

• Agile experience

• Current ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification required

• Priority consideration given to candidate that possess a current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for SPM and/or APM certification

Desired Skills

• ServiceNow Development and Administration/Integration

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

• ITIL v3 or ITIL v4

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $53.00 per hour
