We have an immediate need for a Sr. UX/UI Designer/Lead. This is a 100% remote contract position that has potential to go permanent after contract phase. Target skills and experience:
- 7+ years in UX/UI design, managing/supporting enterprise projects focused on improving digital experience.
- Strong experience leading and supporting UX Research & Testing (owning user research, usability testing, and consumer feedback analysis to inform digital enhancements).
- Strong experience developing UX Mock-Ups & Prototypes (creating wireframes and high-fidelity designs to guide IT and digital teams in implementing user-friendly interfaces).
- Strong experience providing recommendations on UX/UI improvements and content structure, leading workshops on design decisions, supporting digital roadmap prioritization, etc.
- Experience leveraging data and analytics for optimizing digital experiences.
- Project management experience managing timelines and delivery milestones for digital experience projects.
- Strong ability to partner with other business leaders and teams including marketing, content, member communications, information technology and digital development teams.
- Health Plan/Health Insurance industry experience highly desired. In lieu of Health Plan experience, strong experience with healthcare patient facing digital tools/websites/apps and/or broader insurance experience (car/auto/home etc.) would be considered.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
