Job description
We are a leading real estate company seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our in-house technology team. Our business relies on modern, scalable platforms to power real estate operations, agent productivity tools, and client services. This role requires someone who can work seamlessly across front-end and back-end systems — and because of our bilingual team and client base, you must be fluent in both English and Korean.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications that support real estate operations and client platforms
- Build responsive, dynamic user interfaces using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Develop robust server-side applications with Node.js and PHP
- Manage and integrate relational databases, primarily SQL Server
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and release new features
- Use Git for version control and collaborative development
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to ensure reliability and scalability
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in:
- React, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Node.js, PHP
- SQL Server and relational database management
- Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and security principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Fluency in both English and Korean is required
Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of hosting services such as Apache, IIS, or nginx
- Experience with mobile app development
- Exposure to GraphQL
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
