We're on the hunt for a highly skilled AI Developer who also brings experience working with EVM-compatible blockchains. This is a rare hybrid role—ideal for engineers who can move fluidly between intelligent systems and decentralized protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) models for real-world applications (NLP, CV, predictive analytics, generative AI, etc.)
• Develop AI-driven components for decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contract integrations
• Collaborate with blockchain developers to execute on-chain AI interactions using Solidity or EVM-compatible frameworks
• Architect solutions that enable decentralized AI computation and inference
• Leverage frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or HuggingFace Transformers
• Design and implement systems that support AI-as-a-service via smart contracts and oracle integration
• Contribute to R&D projects that explore the convergence of LLMs, zero-knowledge proofs, and decentralized inference
• Integrate off-chain compute and ML results with blockchain ecosystems securely and verifiably
• Write documentation, testing pipelines, and deployment strategies for both AI and smart contract modules

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI model development
• MUST be located in or around the greater Covington, Louisiana area or willing to relocate quickly
• Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Numpy, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Solidity and Ethereum virtual machine (EVM) architecture
• Experience building or integrating with blockchain-based dApps
• Understanding of distributed systems, cryptography, and on-chain/off-chain data handling
• Experience with smart contract interaction tools (Hardhat, Foundry, Ethers.js)
• Familiarity with hosting models via APIs, containerized environments, or edge compute
• Strong grasp of prompt engineering and AI model fine-tuning

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

• Experience developing or integrating AI for DAO governance, DeFi protocols, or NFT platforms
• Knowledge of zero-knowledge proofs (zk-SNARKs, zk-STARKs)
• Research experience in AI model explainability, ethics, or decentralized inference
• Familiarity with AI compute marketplaces or decentralized GPU networks (e.g., Bittensor, Gensyn, Akash)
• Experience with LLM integration into smart contracts via oracle relays
