The IT Manager is responsible in supporting the internal and external clients of IT resources which includes maintenance of hardware and software while organizing and maintaining day to day support activities. The IT Manager will perform the following duties in compliance with the requirements of ISO/TS 16949/IATF16949. This is an on-site position.
Essential Functions
- Provide system support, training, upgrades and customized programming for ERP software
- Ensures operating systems and procedures are in place for all functions including Epicor (CMS)
- Maintains EDI server for manufacturing
- Development of accounting, payroll, scm, and manufacturing operations applications
- In-Depth knowledge of material planning, purchasing, financials, consignment, inventory
- Provide all local customizations require to facilitate all business operations
- Assists material analysis with EDI functions and transactions
- Performs network maintenance and upgrades (users, and network backups)
- Performs PC (hardware, software and printer) setup, support and maintenance
- Recommends technology as needed to support business operations
- Ensures set up for cabling and connections for new employees and employee moves
- Conducts MRP-ERP training and ERP support, preferably Epicor
- Performs user training and assistance related to functionality of PC software applications and network
- Regulates system backups
- Regulates organization of lot racking system and perform maintenance and upgrade as needed

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience working with ERP systems - Manufacturing based
- Experienced knowledge in Microsoft Office Professional
- 5 years of experience in network administration or support
