• Upkeep servers and desktops. Involves troubleshooting problems, and proactive evaluation of future improvements.
• Ensure the network is functioning effectively at all times. Use provided laptop computer to log onto the system from home or anywhere off site to ensure this specific function is performed flawlessly.

- Test and identify where troublesome areas exist and proactively address these needs.

· Comprehensive knowledge of Vantage involving back-end maintenance, database layout, database performance, and network configuration. Train employees on Vantage as needed.

• We utilize Vantage 6.1 as our enterprise resource planning system. (ERP). The primary role in this position is to have comprehensive knowledge of SQL to create custom reports, using Excel and Crystal Reports to augment Vantage reporting, and to format data to be accurate, usable, and understood by company employees.
• Manage active directory by setting permission policies, users, and computers.
• Back up and disaster recovery planning.

- Be on the EcoVadis CSR Team to help fill-out this certification and advance TRINITY.

· Security management for firewall and virus/spam.

· Software management by prudent spending and general upkeep.

· VOIP Phone system management and upkeep.

· Website development and updating. Again, pro-activity here is key.

· Systems evaluations and planning for ongoing needs; ensure we are evaluating our hardware (servers, etc.) and proactively and cost effectively preempting needs before they become problems.

· Assist the Project Management, Accounting, and Sales team with analytical support. This will include preparing and analyzing data as needed, assisting the aforementioned teams to operate more effectively, especially Project Management, Operations, and Logistics.

- We need the IT Manager to train Logistics on Vantage and roll-outs, to take work off the plate of Project Management.

- We need an effective leader to help us execute AI to offer more productivity across job functions. Right now, Sales is using AI for sales presentations and emails. John Farinola has used it some. But we need a concerted effort across job functions.
