We’re seeking a Senior UX/UI Digital Designer to support a leading pharmacy retail team. Senior UX/UI Digital Designer Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to shape and enhance the digital experience for users.
• Produce highly crafted native app designs following best practices for mobile platforms.
• Lead the development of concepts from initial idea through to in-market implementation.
• Facilitate design sessions with stakeholders to gather input and refine solutions.
• Clearly communicate design rationale and advocate for design decisions to non-design audiences.

Senior UX/UI Digital Designer Qualifications:

• Demonstrable portfolio showcasing native app and mobile interface design.
• At least five years of experience in native app design, including interaction and visual design.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver design projects independently.
• Experience leading collaborative design workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Figma, with experience contributing to design systems and defining design processes.
