Job description
IT Support Tech / Account Manager:
$6,000/month ($5,500 --> $6,500 depending on level)

Level-1 Tech/Manager (well-rounded IT capabilities)
Level-2 Tech/Manager (intermediate IT capabilities & social skills)
Level-3 Tech/Manager (accomplished IT capabilities & social skills)
Applicants must be familiar with:
- Windows 10-11 and Mac OS
- PC hardware, VMware, Microsoft 365, etc.
- security software, device management, NGAV
- basic networking, TCP/IP, encryption, mesh networking, etc.
Responsibilities:
- provide technical support for a variety of industry clients
- contribute to the management/maintenance of client networking and server infrastructures
- communicate compassionately with client staff
- help maintain documentation, logs, and reports
