Job description
- We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with a strong background in the Radio Access Network (RAN) or wireless telecom domain, combined with hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in Irving, Texas or Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate network performance challenges into actionable insights using data science techniques, and develop scalable solutions on the cloud.
ROLES AND RESPONSILITIES
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a Data Scientist, with domain expertise in Radio Access Networks (LTE, 5G, or 3G).
- Proficient in analyzing network KPIs, call trace data, and OSS performance metrics.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with data science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, XGBoost).
- Proven experience working with GCP services: BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, etc.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Solid understanding of ML lifecycle including model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
