Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

1-year consistent work experience

Entry-level role: no experience required, but 3+ months in a manufacturing environment is a plus

Ability to read and follow diagrams and written instructions

Comfortable lifting/moving parts and working on your feet all shift

Job Responsibilities:

Mechanical assembly of forklifts using hand and power tools

Follow detailed step-by-step diagrams or work instructions

Perform quality checks on your work and make necessary adjustments

Use computers to track part inventory and alert team leaders of shortages

Stack/move materials using proper safety procedures – may use overhead cranes or lift trucks

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support the company’s 5S program

May perform teardown, cleaning, and reassembly of returned components

Schedule:

1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with mandatory overtime to include every other Saturday.

$19.26 per hour
