Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Print Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional virtual support to customers for their printing, design, and document service needs. You will assist clients through online platforms, email, and phone, guiding them from file submission to final delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical proficiency with print-related software, and a passion for delivering high-quality results in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers virtually with their printing, design, and document orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Use online print management tools and graphic software to prepare, adjust, and proof files.
• Communicate with customers via email, chat, or phone to clarify requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.
• Process orders accurately through the company’s online POS and order management systems.
• Provide virtual product demos and explain available services to clients.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase order value.
• Coordinate with fulfillment and shipping teams to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory requests for remote supply management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or print services is preferred.
• Graphic art/design experience preferred — please send images or a portfolio link.
• Proficiency with cashless payment systems, online POS, and basic accounting for transactions.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with stock tracking and virtual product demonstrations.
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced online environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $33.00 - $46.00 per hour
