PART-TIME CAREGIVERS WANTED

We are currently looking for flexible caregivers to JOIN US for SWING shifts & Weekends! Other days/time also available!

SENIOR HELPERS serves the SALEM and outer areas of DALLAS, AUMSVILLE, TURNER, ALBANY, CORVALLIS, SWEET HOME, and WOODBURN!

As SENIOR HELPERS, we want our caregivers to succeed and build meaningful relationships with clients in their homes for as long as possible. The SENIOR HELPERS dedicated care team is available 24/7 to assist our caregivers with questions and provide any needed support.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6 mos previous experience (preferred, not required) - In-Home or Facility Care
• Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect
• Ability to read, write, and speak English at an average adult level
• Ability to drive to get to work
• Valid driver's license with no serious driving violations and current auto insurance
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations.
• Pass a criminal background check prior to employment with Senior Helpers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping
• Household management
• Walking assistance
• Eating assistance
• Errands
• Transportation using client's vehicle or your vehicle
• Meal planning and preparation
• Laundry and linen changing
• Bathing assistance
• Dressing assistance
• Toileting
• Medication reminders
• Monitor Alzheimer's & Dementia clients
• Assist client to and from bed
• Assist client throughout the day/ night

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
