Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting various accounting functions. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software. Duties

• Manage accounts receivable by processing invoices and payments accurately and timely.
• Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize accounting software such as Kronos, Quicken, ADP, Workday, or Ceridian for various accounting tasks.
• Assist in payroll management by preparing payroll data and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Perform technical accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide support during financial audits by preparing necessary documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and account analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Kronos, Quicken, ADP, Workday, or Ceridian is highly desirable.
• Excellent math skills with the ability to perform calculations accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good communication skills for interacting with team members and external stakeholders.
• A degree in Accounting or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
