TITLE: Frontend Engineer (Onsite with Equity)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

OVERVIEW:

Functions: You build complex, high-quality user interfaces.

REQUIREMENTS:

· 2-7 years building complex, multi-step “power tools” interfaces – Figma, Superhuman, or QuickBooks-like information-dense productivity tools.

· Experience at Series-C or earlier stage companies – hungry and able to move fast.

· Full-stack development experience with a frontend bias.

· Has worked with a designer previously and understands the process of taking designs to production.

· CS degree from a top 40 university (unless they have really strong design engineering work).

· Deep experience with React.JS and Next.JS.

· Experience with Tailwind and ShadCN.

· Include an impressive personal website, portfolio, or link to a product that shows the work that you’ve done.

· Have confidence in bringing structure and craft to a frontend codebase.

· Interest in healthcare, dental, or similar industry SaaS.

· Passion for working in a small, fast-moving, startup environment.

WHAT'S EXPECTED:

· Own and ship large frontend features end-to-end.

· Translate high-fidelity designs into production-grade components.

· Establish and maintain frontend architecture, conventions, and component libraries.

· Build multi-step, data-dense UIs that are performant and testable.

· Collaborate with design, backend, and product to ship quickly.

· Contribute to product direction and technical decisions as a founding engineer.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
