Job description
This position assists in managing all organization technologies and providing technology support and training. Primary duties include: analyzing system issues and make corrections for users in multiple locations. Should make network change/upgrade recommendations. Maintaining corrections and processes; maintaining workstations and networks; and maintaining Web-based applications.
Support the administration and maintenance of computer stations and software for company and provides additional support if necessary.
Troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides support when necessary.
Works with project teams to help implement and install new hardware to meet current governmental requirements.
Oversees all help desk activities at regional level.
Responds to help desk issues.
Administration and maintenance of our tracking software.
Interacts with internal users on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.
