We are looking to fill part time and full time credit card customer service representative positions asap. As a credit card customer service agent, you will receive calls from customers and will provide status on their existing coverage. You will be answering questions regarding coverage, billing, premium and procedures. You will also be responsible for updating client systems, correcting system errors, resolving customer issues, collecting information for claims and escalating calls.
