We’re looking for an IT Manager to take ownership of our technology systems, improve efficiency, and support the continued growth of our business.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage day-to-day IT operations while also setting the strategy for how technology supports our team, customers, and future expansion.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Simsbury, CT office. Rhino-Back is an in-office culture with no remote flexibility — we believe the best collaboration and growth happen face-to-face.

What You’ll Do:

• Salesforce Leadership – Oversee and optimize our Salesforce platform to support sales, reporting, and accountability across the business.
• Data & Reporting – Ensure accurate and actionable data for managers, helping the team track performance and hit key goals.
• Systems & Operations – Manage IT infrastructure, security, and vendor relationships while keeping systems reliable and efficient.
• Process Improvement – Implement DevOps / CI-CD practices to streamline testing and deployment.
• Team Development – Lead, mentor, and support IT staff to keep the department aligned with company goals.
• Strategic Input – Work closely with executive leadership to match technology capabilities with business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
• 5+ years of IT management or senior-level IT experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience(administration, backend customization, and troubleshooting).
• Proven success with system implementations and supporting integrations.
• Experience with Tableau and SQL development/testing preferred.
• Familiarity with fleet management software a plus.
• Experience with data governance and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI-CD best practices.
• Proven ability to lead IT teams and partner with executives.
• Strong communicator who can make technical topics clear to non-technical people.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
