As a Site Manager, you will play a key role in resolving technical issues and ensuring seamless communication with your reporting manager regarding any challenges that may impact product quality or delivery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed records of daily events and logs; submit comprehensive daily and weekly reports.
• Collaborate with the reporting manager to train and onboard new team members.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs, inventory checks, and system inspections.
• Take ownership of one or more modules within the active project.
• Install, configure, and maintain data center equipment, including servers and associated software.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues proactively, particularly with basic components such as ASICs.
• Perform routine site maintenance tasks, including equipment cleaning and ensuring a tidy work environment.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Possess all necessary local licenses or permits to operate vehicles.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, and pulling weights ranging from 40 to 70 pounds.
• Able to walk long distances across the data center as needed.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures (hot and cold).
• Willingness to be on-call for emergency shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.

Required Skills & Equipment

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware (e.g., PCs, motherboards, memory, networking, fans, rebooting, etc.).
• At least 1 year of experience with cabling (e.g., Ethernet, fiber).
• At least 1 year of networking experience, including switch configuration, deploying Cisco settings, and creating SonicWall VLANs (Cisco and SonicWall experience preferred).
