Job description

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team. As a key member of our infrastructure and operations group, you will lead the design, deployment, and optimization of scalable, secure, and highly available systems. This is a hands-on role that requires deep expertise in cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automation, and monitoring.
You’ll work closely with software engineers, QA, and product managers to support development lifecycles, streamline deployment processes, automation and ensure stability and performance across all environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and manage scalable infrastructure using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using platforms like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
  • Monitor system performance and availability .
  • Implement best practices for infrastructure security, including secrets management and access control.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
  • Drive cost optimization and performance tuning in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Respond to production issues and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
  • Maintain documentation, disaster recovery plans, and operational runbooks.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
  • Expert-level experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tooling and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Proficient with scripting and automation (Python, Bash, Go, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and alerting best practices.
  • Experience in securing infrastructure and compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, ISO, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
