Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security across all systems, as well as back-end support for operating software, and SEO management. This role requires a strong understanding of various technologies, including system administration, networking, and cloud services. The IT Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's technology needs and driving innovation through effective solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, and cloud services.
• Implement and oversee system administration tasks across various operating systems such as Windows, and Google.
• Provide back-end support to restaurant and hotel personnel with their respective operating platforms. These operating platforms include: Toast, HostAway, Stripe, Breezeway, and more.
• Design and maintain RAID controllers for data redundancy and performance optimization.
• Develop and implement service-oriented architectures to enhance system integration.
• Ensure information security by managing firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to computer networking and load balancing.
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery planning to ensure data integrity.

Skills

• Proficiency in system administration with a focus on IT infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of computer networking principles including DHCP, DNS, and firewall configurations.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deploying applications and services.
• Background in SEO management preferred.
• Knowledge of database management systems including SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle.
• Experience in systems engineering with a focus on solution design and architecture principles.

Pay: $47,053.86 - $56,667.01 per year
