Job Description:

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead UX/UI for complex, data-rich platforms in a secure (CSI-compliant) environment. You'll shape how users interact with sensitive, high-value data—contributing to both strategy and execution within an experienced, mission-driven team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design of intuitive, elegant experiences that simplify complex data
• Own the full UX lifecycle—from research to high-fidelity UI
• Translate business needs into wireframes, flows, prototypes & design systems
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and QA
• Present and refine design concepts through feedback and analytics

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience designing data visualization and interpretation tools
✔ Strong communicator & independent problem-solver
✔ Familiarity with secure, fast-paced product environments
✔ Tools: Figma, JIRA, Confluence, prototyping tools (+ SmartSheets, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps a plus)
