Job description
We are seeking a Data Analyst / Data Scientist with strong experience in:
✅ Relational Databases & Data Structures
✅ ETL Development & Data Manipulation
✅ Python & SQL Programming
✅ Data Lineage
✅ Working with MongoDB, NoSQL, and JSON
⭐ Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac experience is a must
Multifamily business knowledge is a plus
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
