Job Summary
A small Christian marketing agency seeking a talented and innovative UX/UI Website Designer with a minimum 3 years experience. The ideal candidate can design complete website layouts with engaging user experiences in Figma, and also assist with copywriting using the StoryBrand framework (or similar) to create clear, engaging messaging.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from user research to wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design that is ready for development.

Responsibilities

• Design full website mockups and prototypes in Figma.
• Shape user-friendly layouts that align with brand goals and content strategy.
• Assist with website copywriting, applying StoryBrand-style messaging.
• Collaborate with developers, copywriters, and project managers to bring designs to life.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and visually engaging.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in UX/UI website design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing full website designs.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Ability to contribute to copywriting and messaging strategy.
• Familiarity with StoryBrand or similar frameworks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Innovative and solution oriented.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/WordPress.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
