Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong commitment to sanitation and customer service, with an emphasis on thorough cleaning practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens.
• Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards in all cleaning activities.
• Assist in organizing spaces for optimal functionality and aesthetic appeal.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold quality standards across all properties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping duties, including lifting and moving items as needed.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Familiarity with various cleaning equipment and products is beneficial.
