Position Title: IT Director
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Time IT Director to lead our IT initiatives and ensure our technology infrastructure effectively supports the company’s operational and strategic objectives. The IT Director will oversee all aspects of technology strategy, systems, support, and security across the organization. This role is ideal for a proactive and solutions-oriented individual who can balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on technical execution in a dynamic, multi-site environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement long-term IT strategies that align with company goals.
- Oversee the maintenance, administration, and enhancement of hardware, software, and network systems across all locations.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Design and enforce company-wide security protocols and ensure compliance with best practices and applicable regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT infrastructure, systems, procedures, and projects.
- Manage IT budgets, asset procurement, and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective and reliable technology solutions.
- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
- Support end-users with technology training and provide guidance on optimal use of IT resources.
- Oversee on-site IT support staff or coordinate with third-party IT vendors as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a management or director-level role.
- Expertise in IT systems, networks, and Microsoft platforms, including Windows Server and Microsoft 365.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Entra Identity, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, conditional access policies, and Teams.
- Experience with financial/accounting and club management software is preferred.
- Strong understanding of networking technologies, particularly Palo Alto Firewalls and Cisco Meraki switches and access points.
- Familiarity with RMM and endpoint protection tools such as Datto/Kaseya and CrowdStrike Falcon.
- Demonstrated ability to manage IT projects, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to responsive, high-quality support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.

Pay: $97,972.00 - $107,567.00 per year
