We provide high-quality homes for families, corporate clients, and relocation specialists with flexible lease terms starting at 30 days.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Turnover Coordinator to manage the full property turnover process between tenants. This role ensures our homes are consistently prepared to the highest standards for new move-ins, covering inspections, vendor coordination, damage assessment, and restocking.Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-out and move-in inspections, documenting conditions with photos and reports.
• Dispatch and manage vendors (cleaning, maintenance, carpet cleaning, painting, etc.).
• Track work orders, monitor progress, and ensure completion on time.
• Assess and document damages, escalating for claims when necessary.
• Restock linens, consumables, and housewares according to company standards.
• Update systems with inspection reports, vendor invoices, and turnover completion notes.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, hospitality, or facilities coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate vendors and manage multiple turnovers simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms (CRM, PMS, or similar).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
