Job Description

An Insight Global client is seeking a fully onsite Jr Asset Manager in Ann Arbor, MI to support a company-wide mobile device refresh initiative. This role is responsible for coordinating the smooth transition of employees from older mobile devices to updated iPhones while maintaining accurate tracking of all assets throughout the process. The position requires strong organizational skills to manage device inventories in Excel, attention to detail during each step of the phone swap workflow, and the ability to guide users through basic iPhone setup tasks such as upgrades, log-ins, and resets. While Tier 1 iPhone support experience is beneficial, the primary focus of the role is delivering a friendly, efficient, and reliable customer experience for every employee during their device exchange.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
