Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services to ensure a pleasant experience for our guests. Your commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the overall satisfaction of our clientele.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.

Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing techniques and equipment.

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
• Ensure all areas are kept clean and organized, including hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms.
• Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or supplies.

Skills

• Proven experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in a hotel or health care facility.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in housekeeping.
• Ability to operate laundry machines effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
