Business Development Manager – IT Services Sales

Location: Dallas, Texas
Experience: Entry-Level / 0–2 Years (Business Graduates Welcome)

We are seeking dynamic and ambitious Business Graduates to join our team as a Business Development Manager – IT Services Sales. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, technology, and building client relationships.

About the Role

  • Generate new business opportunities in IT Services (Digital Transformation, AI/ML, Data Analytics, ERP, Automation, Integration).
  • Identify and connect with potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Support end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and client communication.
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to position solutions effectively.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in B2B Sales and Technology Solutions.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
