Shopify Web Developer / Site Merchandiser Wanted:

We're looking to hire someone with at least a base of experience in shopify at least 1-2 years of experience. Your tasks will be to create new item pages, website, web design and work with others in the marketing department to keep the website up to date with our latest creatives.

It will be your job to ensure accuracy across the website for product details and you will be responsible for the final product pages (all creatives supplied by other teammates)

The Site Merchandiser enhances the user experience, improves onsite conversion, and drives sales by ensuring the correct product details are presented to the customer such as images, videos, descriptions, specs, cross-sales, categorization, and more.

A successful E-Commerce Site Merchandiser is punctual, positive, coachable and collaborative.

Responsibilities:

• Create new and update existing products on the E-commerce website
• Manage and review online merchandise presentation to ensure the categorization, imagery, copy, pricing and site placement are accurate and meet brand standards
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Marketing teams to ensure promotional readiness, inventory availability, etc.
• Work with Content Team to monitor and conduct site audits for content accuracy
• Work with vendors to gather relevant product content
• Continuous product presentation improvements including short, long descriptions, key features, photography, etc.
• Analyze data daily to optimize the customer experience and make suggestions/take action to improve site experience

Marketing tasks will mainly be related to Shopify but can also include:

- Team creative brainstorms

- Travel for marketing events, photoshoots, videoshoots etc.

- Product launch tasks like getting information from our factory on upcoming products so you can have the product pages finished in time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
