Lark Electric, one of Western Kentucky’s largest electrical and low voltage contractors, is launching a cutting-edge IT division—Lark IT Services—to meet the growing demand for business-grade managed IT, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions. We're seeking a Senior IT Manager (Tier 3–4 level) to build, lead, and scale this new service offering, starting in the Owensboro and Bowling Green, KY markets.

About the Role:

You will be the founding technical and strategic leader of Lark IT Services. This is a rare opportunity to architect and grow an IT division with full executive backing and immediate market access.

What You’ll Do:

• Build out IT service offerings, including help desk, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions
• Lead and grow the IT team—starting with techs and support staff
• Design internal systems, client solutions, SLAs, and scalable support processes
• Manage key client relationships and deliver hands-on technical support as needed
• Create pricing models, service packages, and client onboarding playbooks
• Collaborate closely with Lark Electric’s executive team to define growth and market strategy

You Should Have:

• 7+ years in IT administration, including Tier 3+ or team lead experience
• Deep technical expertise in systems, networking, cloud (Microsoft 365, Azure, etc.)
• Experience building or scaling IT support or MSP operations
• Familiarity with RMM, PSA, and cybersecurity toolsets
• Strong leadership, documentation, and communication skills
• Self-starter mindset with entrepreneurial drive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $92,299.00 - $150,000.00 per year
