Job Title: Statistical Programmer
- Write and debug code in SAS to collect, clean, preprocess, and integrate clinical trial data from various data sources following CDISC standards of SDTM and ADaM.
- Conduct quality checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with statisticians and other team members to develop detailed analysis plans, including statistical methods and models to be used.
- Implement statistical tests and models to analyze clinical trial data, such as survival analysis, regression, or hypothesis testing.
- Write and debug code in SAS and R to perform statistical analyses and generate datasets, tables, listings, and figures as per study protocols and regulatory requirements, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and are suitable for inclusion in clinical study reports （CSRs).
- Create and maintain documentation of protocols, statistical analysis plans, and output shells
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree in Statistics / Data Science / Computer Science; SAS Certified Professional: Advanced Programming Using SAS 9.4; Must know how to query databases and perform analysis, including importing and exporting raw data files, manipulating data, combining SAS data sets and creating reports; Be able to use programing languages including SAS Primary, R, Python, and SQL.
