Warehouse Associate – Full-Time Bloomington

Sansom Staffing has partnered with a small family owned manufacturing business with a long-tenured team. We are actively looking to hire immediately.

We are seeking a dependable, team-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations including:

• Picking and packing orders
• Receiving shipments
• Packaging and labeling products
• Inventory support
• General warehouse duties

Forklift experience stronger preferred.

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable climbing ladders, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Basic math skills
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team-focused mindset — looking for someone who wants to contribute, not just “log hours”
