Indiana Oxygen Company is a manufacturer, seller, and distributor of industrial, laboratory, and medical gases as well as welding supplies. Indiana Oxygen has a network of thirteen branches, with eleven locations in Indiana and two in Ohio. It also has three gas filling plants. Every branch carries a diverse range of welding products, all provided by top suppliers in the industry.

Role Description

Indiana Oxygen is looking for a full-time I.T. Support Specialist to join its team. This is an on-site role located in Indianapolis, IN. The I.T. Support Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day I.T. support, including endpoint troubleshooting, device break/fix, applications support, systems support, Microsoft 365 / In-Tune support, and more. Indiana Oxygen has a team-oriented culture. As such, resiliency, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills are paramount.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least two years of help desk or related support position
• Good technical support skills, knowledge of I.T. best practices
• Proficiency in setup, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of endpoints including workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Experience in providing support for enterprise systems
• Microsoft 365 proficiency
• Knowledge and experience with NetSuite ERP is valuable but not required
• Excellent communication skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
