Join the forefront of e-commerce distribution as a Warehouse Operations Specialist with Candidate Source! We're actively seeking candidates for an immediate start in Ashland, VA. This role is 40 hours per week and offers weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Print labels and pack product for shipment

• Maintain a brisk pace to meet and exceed productivity targets.

• Utilize RF scanners to accurately track inventory and fulfill orders.

• Collaborate with a committed team to ensure the seamless flow of operations.

• Operate a WAV (Work Assist Vehicle) to move inventory and pick/pack orders.

• Respond to customer tickets/requests using computer

What We Need From You:

• Previous customer service experience is preferred - comfortable handling customer requests and inquiries through ticketing system

• Proficient using an RF Scanner

• Comfortable using computers and standard softwares

• Previous experience working in an outbound packaging role is preferred

• The ability to stand and move comfortably for an 8-hour shift.

• A proven track record of moving quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• The strength to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Reliable transportation to our Ashland facility.
