Seeking a Statistician to support product development and manufacturing/quality operations. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to apply statistical methodologies that ensure robust process understanding, product quality, and data-driven decision-making across the product lifecycle. The successful candidate will bring strong statistical fundamentals, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.Key Responsibilities

• Provide statistical support for product development, manufacturing, and quality initiatives, including process characterization, optimization, and control
• Apply statistical techniques such as design of experiments (DOE), process capability analysis, trend analysis, and variability reduction
• Support process validation, continued process verification (CPV), and root-cause investigations
• Partner with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and technical operations teams to interpret data and guide decisions
• Develop statistical analysis plans, perform analyses, and clearly communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure analyses comply with GxP, quality, and regulatory expectations
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights

Minimum Qualifications

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related quantitative discipline
• Strong foundation in applied statistics and data analysis methodologies
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, team-based environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting product development, manufacturing, and/or quality in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industry
• Familiarity with process development, manufacturing operations, or quality systems
• Experience with statistical software (e.g., SAS, JMP, R, Minitab)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate statistical findings into practical business and technical recommendations

Pay: $100.00 - $120.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
