Summary
T2S Solutions is actively recruiting for Database Administrator to support several PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server database Management systems for a variety of applications on the DCGS-A program. The DBA's full time duty location will be onsite at APG.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure the integrity, security, and high availability of these DBMS
• Administrate PostgreSQL Databases in Linux & Window environments and setting up monitoring and maintaining PostgreSQL instances
• Implement Postgres and SQL Server database administration and performance tuning
• Certify availability and performance of the databases that support our systems, ensuring that they have sufficient resources allocated to support high resilience and speed
• Perform and assist developers in performance tuning
• Proactively monitor database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime and improve database maintenance including rollouts, patching, and upgrades
• Experience working with Database DISA STIGS
• Database: Postgres, MySQL, MS SQL Server
• Storage SME
• DB Architect

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or other Engineering or Technical discipline
• Five (5) years of relevant experience within the last 8 years
• Active Security clearance

Compensation: $100-125k (DOE)
