This individual will support the information technology systems and application which are currently being used by the end user company wide.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work directly with the business to understand business needs and recommend solutions.
- Gather requirements to design and develop system to automate business processes.
- Analyze business processes and document workflows.
- Work with team in building services and applications.
- Develop and maintain services, APIs, and front-end applications.
Qualifications:
- Must be resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment and work with a diverse team.
- Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology
- Strong development skills utilizing C#, C++, Java, OR any other OOP language, SQL, .NET, ASP.NET.
- Experience using GIT.
- Knowledge and understanding of Entity Framework, LINQ.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Azure and Angular a plus (Must be willing to learn). Cloud OR Front-End
- Ability to grasp and understand Insurance terminology.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience writing Unit/Integration Tests.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
