*Job Overview* $500 SIGN-ON BONUS!!! We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team and provide exceptional care and education to children in our facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment for their growth and development. *Duties* - Engage children in age-appropriate activities to stimulate their physical, emotional, and intellectual growth - Implement educational programs that promote learning and development - Provide basic care such as feeding, diapering, and maintaining a clean environment - Manage children's behavior using positive reinforcement techniques - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise *Experience* - Previous experience working with children in a childcare, nannying, classroom, or preschool setting - Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices - Ability to provide specialized care for toddlers or children with special needs is a plus - Familiarity with behavior management techniques - Education or certification in childcare, early childhood education, or a related field is preferred If you are passionate about working with children and making a positive impact on their lives, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding Childcare Provider position.
