Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly designs that enhance the overall user experience across our digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our designs not only meet user needs but also align with our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Adobe Illustrator.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Redux.
• Develop layout designs that enhance the visual hierarchy and usability of applications.
• Incorporate motion graphics to create engaging interactions within the user interface.
• Maintain design consistency across all platforms while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Utilize SQL to analyze user data and improve design effectiveness based on findings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design to continually enhance skills.

Requirements

• Proficiency in UX/UI design principles with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Experience with layout design, visual design, and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Redux.
• Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and experience with Unreal Engine is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from user research and testing.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a keen eye for detail.

Pay: $55.00 - $98.00 per hour
