Role Title E2E Network Architect - Network Solutioning, Technical Leadership & Scrum Master
ROLE SUMMARY
- The E2E Network Architect is responsible for driving end-to-end technical discussions, network
architecture, solution design, and delivery alignment, while also acting as a Scrum Master to ensure
agile execution, team velocity, and predictable outcomes.
- This role bridges business requirements, network architecture, and delivery teams, ensuring solutions
are scalable, secure, and production ready.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
E2E Network Architecture & Solutioning
- Own end to end network architecture across access, transport, core, cloud, and edge
- Lead solution design workshops with customers and internal stakeholders
- Translate business and use case requirements into HLDs, LLDs, and deployment models
- Drive technology selection, design trade offs, and architecture decisions
- Ensure alignment across logical, physical, and operational architectures
Technical Leadership & Customer Engagement
- Act as technical authority during customer discussions and design reviews
Drive technical clarifications, feasibility analysis, and solution positioning
- Collaborate with OEMs, cloud providers, and partners
- Support pre-sales, proposals, and solution walkthroughs when required
Agile Delivery & Scrum Master Responsibilities
- Act as Scrum Master for architecture / engineering squads
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Own and groom architecture and technical backlogs
- Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
- Track velocity, dependencies, and delivery risks
Governance, Quality & Design Assurance
- Enforce architecture governance, design standards, and best practices
- Drive design reviews, signoffs, and readiness checkpoints
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, resiliency, security, and performance requirements
- Align architecture with Day-0 / Day-1 / Day-2 operational readiness
MANDATORY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Telecom & Network Architecture
Strong hands-on experience in Telecom Networks, including: 4G / 5G Core (NSA / SA)
IMS / Signaling / Policy / Charging
IP / Transport / Data Center Networking
Proven experience in E2E Network Architecture & Design
Ability to create and review HLD, LLD, solution diagrams, and workflows
Strong understanding of network resiliency, HA, DR, capacity, and performance
Cloud & Virtualization
- Experience with Telco Cloud / NFV / CNF / Kubernetes
- Understanding of hybrid cloud (on-prem + public cloud)
Knowledge of network function onboarding and lifecycle management
