The Opportunity

This role works as either gig work for extra income OR as an entry point to a full-time career. Commission-based earnings working with prospects generated by our AI voice drop system and cold calling businesses that are required to have insurance.

We're starting with automotive businesses (car dealerships, repair shops, tire shops, service centers) but will expand across multiple industries as we scale.

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: Flexible scheduling between 8am EST - 8pm PST
• Minimum: 10 hours per week (you choose and schedule your hours)
• Commission: $75 per completed insurance application
• Weekly Target: 10-15 completed applications = $750-1,125/week
• Top Performers: 20+ applications = $1,500+ weekly
• Pay: Weekly payments
• Location: Remote (US-based candidates only)

Compensation & Advancement

Commission-based to start, with advancement opportunities:

After 1 month (consistent performance):

• Same role, hourly pay - switch from commission to stable hourly wage

After 3 months (consistent performance):

• Consideration for other roles in the company - W2 positions with benefits
• Intake team, full-time sales, leadership opportunities
• Career growth within our expanding organization

What You'll Do

• Handle callbacks from our AI voice drop campaigns (prospects call YOU)
• Cold calling to businesses that are required to have insurance (they need the product!)
• Educate prospects about our insurance services (many haven't listened to full message)
• Guide prospects through completing their insurance applications (10-15 minutes each)
• Work with automotive businesses that need commercial insurance
• Use our proven scripts and lead management system
• Follow up with interested prospects to complete their applications

What We're Looking ForMust-Haves:

• Minimum 6 months of outbound sales/cold calling experience
• Experience with application completion or form-based sales preferred
• Comfortable with commission-based compensation
• Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
• Able to commit to and schedule minimum 10 hours per week
• Available during our operating hours (8am EST - 8pm PST)

What Success Looks Like

You'll handle both callbacks from prospects who received our AI voice drops AND make cold calls to businesses that are required to have insurance. Success means consistently completing 10+ applications weekly (top performers have even done 30+) through professional communication and efficient application processing.

Consistent performers can switch to hourly pay after 1 month, and after 3 months of working with us, we'll consider you for other W2 roles in the company.
