Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone or other communication channels.
  • Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure a positive experience for every caller.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
  • Accurately perform data entry tasks while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Familiarize yourself with medical terminology to assist customers in a medical office setting effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the computerized system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall service delivery.
  • Provide support in both English and any additional languages spoken, ensuring clear communication with all customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a call center or medical office environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerized systems for record keeping.
  • Ability to understand and use medical terminology effectively when interacting with clients.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
